The shipping charge is a flat rate of $9.99 per consignment for all orders under $49.99.

Christmas Closure

Our warehouse will be closed between noon Melbourne Time on 21st December 2023 and 1st January 2024. Please allow additional days for delivery for orders placed after noon on the 21st of December. Order dispatch will begin on 2nd January 2024.

Authority to Leave

If the option for 'authority to leave parcel' is selected, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the address provided on your order. Please note that if Australia Post's drivers cannot locate a safe location to leave your parcel a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours. If this option is not selected, parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.
